NovaOracles is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older.

NovaOracles computes astronomical positions and presents astrology content built on them: daily readings, a natal chart, tarot and transit summaries. It is provided for entertainment, reflection and inspiration only.

The service does not make predictions and does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Nothing in it should be relied on for any such decision. All content is astrological interpretation, not fact or forecast.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

Paid features are offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which owns checkout, billing and applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or the provider's portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds, where offered, follow the payment provider's policy and applicable law.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, and no resale of the content or access without our permission.

The service, its text, design and software are owned by {LEGAL ENTITY NAME} or its licensors. Your birth details and the charts computed from them remain yours; you grant us the permission needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is", for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the content, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
