Questions about the membership

Is NovaOracles free?

Every tool on the site is free and needs no account: the birth chart, the big three, compatibility, the lunar calendar, the tarot card of the day and the rest. The membership adds what is written for you: a reading every morning from your own chart, your transits, the sky between you and the people you care about, your year ahead and a tarot card each day.

Is there a free trial?

No. Every tool on the site stays free and needs no account. The membership is paid from the first day, on any of the three plans, and you can cancel anytime in Settings.

How much does the membership cost?

€3.99 a week, €6.99 a month or €49.99 a year (about €4.17 a month). There is one membership: every plan opens the same readings and features.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, at any time in Settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. Annual members receive a reminder email seven days before each renewal.

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests can be sent to support@novaoracles.com from the email address linked to your account, stating the payment concerned. Each request is reviewed individually, and our team replies by email.

Who operates NovaOracles?

NovaOracles is developed and operated by OZGN Studio. Payments are processed by a secure payment provider, and card details are never shared with us. For any questions, please contact support@novaoracles.com.
